John O’Callaghan is the Managing Director of the firm, and a fully licensed Personal Insolvency Practitioner (PIP). With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, John brings exceptional leadership and a wealth of financial expertise to his role. He is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA), a member of the Institute of Banking in Ireland, and holds multiple academic and professional qualifications, including a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from University College Cork.

John’s professional background includes senior roles in some of Ireland’s leading financial institutions, including AIB, INBS, Bank of Ireland, ICS, EBS, and Postbank. This breadth of experience has given him deep insight into banking operations, credit management, and financial restructuring. A trained negotiator with a proven track record in delivering effective debt solutions, John is uniquely positioned to guide clients through complex insolvency matters with clarity and confidence.
