Liam is responsible for the oversight and leadership of internal staff operations, promoting a productive and accountable working environment. As the designated Customer Lead for Personal Insolvency Arrangements (PIAs), he acts as the primary contact for clients throughout the proposal and negotiation stages.

He manages the resolution of formal complaints in a professional and timely manner, drafts complex insolvency proposals, and ensures all documentation is aligned with regulatory standards. Liam also serves as the key liaison to creditor institutions, coordinating communication and building constructive relationships to facilitate effective case resolutions.
